| Worship a tool of intercession.. This is response to a prophetic statement I released in Reconcilliation ministry in Derby, UK: Noel Robinson... Breathing New Life into God’s Army of Worshippers! First God reminded me about the dry bones of Ezekiel 37, especially verse 10 – “So I prophesied as He commanded me, and breath (the Holy Spirit) entered them; they came to life and stood up on their feet – a vast army” Then God showed me the UK, as if looking down on the country from above, and the land was covered in dry bones. He told me that united, Spirit-filled WORSHIP was the lifeblood that was going to bring the dead places back to life. Worship for no other reason that to give God all the glory and adoration He deserves!! We need UNITY – unity within our churches, between our churches, across cities, spreading like wildfire across the nation and beyond! As followers of Jesus worshipped in Spirit and in truth, the bones came together. The muscles of unity were the strength that held the emerging body together and then love became the skin that was recognisable to the outside world. The body took form and became a huge and mighty angel, wielding a sword sharp enough to destroy the enemy! The feet and legs were made of the older generations – providing a firm foundation of wisdom and support. The main body were the middle generations- 30’s 40’s and 50’s – they were gifted in teaching, discipleship, encouragement, and serving each other. The beating heart of the body were the prayers of children – pure and without any agenda, connecting to the heart of God. The left arm and hand were the unloved and rejected of society – the ex-offenders, prostitutes, drug addicts and homeless, transformed and empowered by the redemptive love of Christ. The right arm and hand were the youth and young adults of the nation, rising up to speak out against injustice and to reach out to their peers with the message of the Gospel. All worshipping, all united in God’s heart and purposes – the angel stood up to it’s full massive height, started swinging his sword around and ROARED!!!!!!!! Julie Stanley November 2009

ATMOSPHERE CHANGERS King Josiah (2Kings 22) had come to the revelation that the foundation of spiritual worship to God had been eroded over many generations and the effects of it were seen in every sphere of influence in Israel. His personal reformation brought him back to truth and Josiah became the revealed prophetic word for His generation. As we said last week, the air, the atmosphere which was the environment that God spoke into to create the earth, is the battle ground and very key to our victory in the earth. Adam handed over the Kingdom authority of our dominion on earth to Satan, who has been proclaimed as The Prince of the power of the air. This scripture in Ephesians shows that there is power in the atmosphere for creativity and defining and controlling territories. For things to change this atmosphere must change for God to work upon the earth as it is in heaven. Josiah was an atmosphere changer, he changed his environment from sin to righteousness, from doubt to faith, from despair to hope. How did he do this ? Well just like a tree that takes the rays of the sun and with the process of photosynthesis and osmosis, turn the atmosphere from carbon dioxide to Oxygen. (this process is when plants uses its leaves, to change carbon dioxide into oxygen and this only take place in the power of sunlight). So when we take time in the presence of God, spiritual photosynthesis and osmosis takes place and we are changed from the inside out into His Image, which is Christ in us the hope of God's glory, Acts 17:28 "for in him we live, and move and have our being; .." As we then operate in our kingdom assignments, we begin to change the atmosphere around us, from darkness to light, from anxiety to peace. All because we have a relationship with God and have become intimate in our worship with God - we automatically become atmosphere changers, who are worshippers who happen to be... Today we really want to encourage you to take out that time in the next few days - to prioritise God in your thinking and focus, that you may grow from glory to glory and become an atmosphere changer in your home, workplace, community and nation. Today we are praying for: 1. A God awareness in our lives, a focus on Him Alone, a tuning into the heaven lies, A worship and adoration for our Father, a hunger and thirst for His ways and righteousness to be manifested in our lives. 2. To be givers of life and hope: to speak hope to the hopeless, to proclaim liberty to the captives, the opening of the prisons to them that are bound, to declare the season of grace and mercy to our generation. For His mercy has triumphed over judgement, His desire is that all people should be saved, 3. To reject all negative thoughts which corrupt our atmospheres, i.e. doubt, unbelief, despair, anxiety, pride, arrogance, unforgiveness, hopelessness and fear. 4 Let us be like a tree planted by the River (The living waters of the Holy Spirit) who's leaves do not wither and whatever they do will prosper. ( Psalm 1 ) bearing the fruits of love, peace, longsuffering, forgiveness, and grace. 5. Also to be like a seed planted in the ground, the environment or atmosphere is crucial for the growth of the seed, in Luke the Lord Jesus himself reminds us that some seed fell on dry ground, some by the way-side, some were choked by the cares and troubles of the world, but some fell on good ground bringing forth and abundant harvest and grew from glory to glory and changed the darkness into light around their lives Luke 8:5-15 - they grew into Atmosphere changers. As you take time to pray and worship God this week, may a new awareness come upon your life, that you are a carrier of His Presence - we are changing into His likeness and image - so allow spiritual Osmosis and photosynthesis to take place in our lives that we can become Atmosphere changers - the givers of life to a lost and dying society. | |
